No, but there are so many incredible, important stories in many genres outside of non-fiction (romance, fantasy, lit fic) that are fcking political, that touch on important things or are based on real hard experinces of humanity… you just choose to have a linear mindset and read about the same hetero-YT-simple stories.. we all have our books that we love that dont always touch on “political” topics and using books as escapism is helpful for those who need it, but let’s not be fcking ignorant and act like books aren’t political.. if that was the case, then why certain books being banned by the government?!? but anyways.. #bookfyp #litfic #bookish #bookreview #bookrecommendations
