unfortunately in many dollar generals they dont allow you to purchase penny items 😔😔 and take your stuff away. i stopped penny shopping in nj for this reason

dollar general AND their rebrand stores popshelf! they try to remove them before but if you get those items, they HAVE to honor it and THEN they pull it off the shelf.
