@courtneys.countryside: I make bread sometimes every other day. When I need it to be really quick and my brain just works better with these measurements. Here’s what it converted to - 1/3 cup sourdough starter (100g), 1 cup water (250g), 3 cups bread flour (500g), 2tsp salt (10g), 2tbsp sugar (20g), 4tbsp melted butter (60g) and 1tsp instant yeast(5g) Mix sourdough discard and water, add bread flour. Let sit 30 minutes. Mix in all other ingredients. Knead 5 minutes. Cover let double in size, tip out on counter and shape, put in buttered pan, cover and and let rise above tin.
