so, if you still don’t believe me, let me break it down for you: (ps: I am aware of the privilege I have, coming from a safe home country, growing up with education, having a stable and strong currency, a strong passport and so on. This is for all the people who have the same stats. However, I believe and have seen people do it even though they had a different, more difficult starting point. It maybe was a harder, rockier way, but they made it work💪🏻). 1) work at home and save $$$. If you can’t find a high paying job aquire some skills that could make you $$$ abroad. Some of my friends work seasonal jobs, which allows them to experience a new place and make a lot of money. 2) Once you have 4000-5000€ saved up, you could start. Go to cheap countries first. Places such as SEA, India, etc will allow you to travel for long if you are smart. 3) Set yourself a DAILY budget! Mine was 15€ a day at the beginning of my travels. I chose: cheap countries, local food, no paid activities. Bus > plane, check out FB groups such as Host A Sister, and if comfortable try couchsurfing or cheap hostels (5-7€). 4) travel even cheaper. Pet sit (there is apps for that), volunteer here and there, teach something (yoga, english, art, anything you are capable of teaching). 5) now you are thinking okay.. i do all of these things, i am able to travel for maybe 4-5 months, what do I do once I run out of money? Well… learn how to make money on the road. If you are in Asia, the smart move would be to go to Australia / NZ, to do some farm work or something. It can be exhausting, bit I heard people making up to 5000€ / week. A few weeks / months of working can sponsor your next year of fulltime traveling. Work on a cruise ship. Nanny for families that travel. Do photography/videography. Be some sort of instructor. Find whatever sparks you and works. Some people make jewelry. Work in a coffee shop. I believe that you will find something, if you really try and want to:) 6) repeat the loop 🔁 as much as you want to :) here you go. This is one idea on how you can start your travel journey…🫶🏻 #fulltimetravel #nomad #globetrotter #backpacking #budgettravel
