I can attest to the hair in the drains!! Once a month, it starts to slow drain, and out come the tweezers to pull the hairball out if the drain

Right there is my issue with home inspections is that not all home inspectors fill the shower pan so how do you know the home inspector is any better than all the previous inspectors that have gone through the house?

that is only common sense,if an inspector didn't do it I would,and the guy who installed it would be there when I did it,if I am paying 10000 dollars for a shower she better hold water !!!!
