I am not happy with my overall experience. The product looked nice; however, I ended up spending more than I had budgeted for because the bulb/light had to be purchased separately. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that I could only receive store credit to spend on their website. Unfortunately, there was nothing else on the website that I wanted, so I felt I had no choice but to continue with the purchase. Due to a busy schedule, I did not open the package immediately after delivery. When I eventually opened it, I discovered that the item was broken. I contacted customer services, but they advised that they were unable to replace it. Overall, I feel the product was significantly overpriced for what it was, and I have barely been able to use it. The entire experience has been very disappointing.

Why is it not mentioned that no bulb or remote comes with this item? It’s very expensive for it to come to your home and you can’t use it until you buy a $60 bulb with the remote.
