buy a strimmer and sort the weeds out! it looks neglected to anyone driving past, might seem like a small thing but it will make a big difference for first impressions!

I find it a bit unprofessional to hire out your parking spaces for match days - hypothetically if you had a bigger day your customers may not like the fact you hire out the spaces away from customers
