I started journalling in May and I’ve written almost every day since then. Not sure how it’s helping me but maybe it is. What would I be like without journalling. Just a brain full of half a book of thoughts I guess just forever on the merry go round of my mind!

Yes!! I love the flow of the mind in a blank piece of paper. I also find it helpful to have a guided practice to direct some intentionality in your reflective practice…. So I created a journal that gives both.
