What I wish someone would have told me is mastitis will also give you flu like symptoms with fever and chills even. You will feel like absolute garbage if it’s a bad case which is what I had😭

In my culture we use cold cabbage leaves and leave them in the bra overnight. It doesn’t make much sense, but it actually helps when you have clogs or hard lumps.

lymphatic massage was key for me after reoccurring mastitis, also highly recommended ultrasound therapy, had to pay for privately via a physio as not on NHS

Ice and Motrin really helped it out in one day, however I’ve experienced either tissue damage or a dip in supply. I’m doing everything to increase my supply on that side but nothing seems to be working

yes heat is a dialator that's why during winter I sleep with windows wide open a freezing room allows my nose to blood vessels to contract so I can breath better
