put a mirror to where it is by your stump but you see your other arm ,rub or scratch where it hurts but on good arm .it does help ,it tricks the brain .trust me !

Massage your phantom limb or have someone massage your good hand. This helped with my leg amputation. My prayers that it diminishes or is relieved

It will get better. I find exercise helps my leg pain. And reprogramming your brain. But you’re still healing. So give yourself time.
