Hi trad archer here! If you're going to be shooting a lot, I would recommend checking draw length and getting arrows in the correct spine to the pounds you're pulling. And check your brace height!

i did archery for like 3-4 years i would say you should drop your elbow so it’s even with your mouth and ear and pull to the corner of your mouth

When I did archery I had a tool that I wore on my wrist, and it could pull the string back for me so it didn’t hurt my fingers as much. Not sure what its called

If you wear the quiver on your waist or just stick the arrows in the ground, you’ll have an easier time firing arrows without having to fiddle with them too much.
