@joyjoysfitness_: Mental health after losing a sport or passion for a sport isn't talked about enough, so here is me yapping about it :) We put so much time into our passions and when they are lost, it can be heartbreaking and a major struggle. I went through this with losing gymnastics due to injury already, so I am grateful I have the tools to know how to get past this time. It still doesn't make it any easier to feel like you have lost a part of your life. Keep going, and don't give up. You are worthy outside of your sport ❤️
You are such a inspiration to all no matter what era of life your in 🤍

It’s ok to feel down sometimes and great life ups and downs but when you have a break make it short to get back again to fight

THIS! I stopped lifting when I slipped a disk in my back and I can tell you how many times I’ve heard negative things come out of people’s mouths about it

Our identity is in Christ🙏🏽 everything else is fleeting and perishes, wether it’s physical looks, skills, materialism, it all fades
