@bratbustersparenting: I often say with toddlers, which I consider to be 16-35 months old, you’re meeting their needs and managing their wants. When it comes to babies, I meet their needs and their wants. P.S. Do you have parenting questions you’d like to ask? You’re invited to join in on the Live Q&A sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm PT on Facebook and YouTube, 5:00 pm PT on Instagram and YouTube, and 5:30 pm PT on TikTok and YouTube … I’d love to see you there! ` ` ` #NewDad #NewParents #NewMothers #NewDads #ParentingBabies

what would you do if you had a baby that was running away? my 13-month-old tries to run away every chance she gets but if I go and pick her up to stop it she throws a tantrum and fights to be put down

my 15 month old definitely knows when she's doing something she shouldn't be doing. how do I handle the tantrum when I take the items away or redirect her away from doing something she shouldn't?

Right, I’m not disciplining my baby. He reaches for the remote, I just take it away. He cries, I’m right there helping him. He’s a baby ❤️

I hate how people think showing love and picking up a baby when they cry is spoiling them, it’s a baby it’s what they do and we are supposed to show them love/safety.
