This is a great graph to use with my math students about how graphs can be used to be biased without knowing how to read them

Gasp Hank green lying to us who would have thought. This graph was originally posted by a democrat making the claim the votes magically disappeared implying fraud in 2024 election not 2020

i’ve been wondering if the “record turnout” was referring to early voting, or in general (bc if it’s the latter, that’s confusing). this also explains that, if numbers being shared are “so far”.

Yes, this version is tailored to dramatize the numbers. However, I charted election data from 1988 to now, and while 2020 isn't as visually stimulating, it is nonetheless concerning.

but why dont they know the total number already? they know, or should know, how many votes there are, because who voted is registered. exactly what they voted for (anonymously) must be counted.

So what is it we need to know that’s coming?

Anyone else seeing the comments that people’s votes and entire voting history are just, non existent all of a sudden? Or they show up to vote to find that they aren’t registered anymore?

Also data and axis aside. And ignoring how 2020 has lots of known factors to make it novel. The red column ALSO would look weird to any scrutiny applied to the blue column lol

I teach my students about statistical fallacies in my biomed class. I’ll be showing them this tomorrow to talk about how they can see it in real life!!!
