Use the Yuka app, shop at Aldi when possible, buy as many whole foods as possible. We changed our diets over a year ago and it’s night and day difference on how we feel, gut health, energy.

As far as the cokes go, can’t they just go back to sugar? That’s how it was when they first were made. I understand that corn syrup is much less expensive but all of these foods are going to cost more
