I can't speak for that but I know in the Ford WSM that two different sections may have the procedure listed as a step but only one will have the published torque spec.

I once had one of my techs not read the top line on a diagnostic sheet and followed the wrong diagnosis. When the mistake was found he learned it was a two step diagnostic. Hours lost and money spent.

actually two of the 3 feed pipes have a fastener. the one that feeds to the high pressure pipe has a fastener. and the S style feed pipe has a fastener too.
