Sounds gross but I put frozen turkey necks in a bully stick holder and it lasts around 30-45 mins for my shep mix.

Nope :
mix yogurt with peanut butter, add half slice of frozen banana to kong, fill half kong with yogurt mix, add another slice of frozen banana, fill rest of kong with yogurt mix. Place in freezer.
