Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through. Prepare the orzo salad: Cook the orzo in boiling salted water for 6–8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Make the yogurt sauce: Mix the yogurt with the grated garlic, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt. Assemble and serve: Top with the meatballs and a generous dollop of yogurt sauce.
