I usually do my white shag rug but this year I’ve been wanting more simplicity. So I didn’t change out the rug. I love decorating for Christmas but I didn’t want it to feel like a chore. So I kept things simple while I also trying to create a cozy space. I love the red and green plaid throw blanket on the side of my couch.
