I think this is why I enjoy Ali Hazelwood’s romcom books and hate books like Icebreaker. It’s a smooth read but I’m still made aware of problems in academia

Western booktok is WILD because I rarely see this "reading books is just for fun" in our niche BookTok PH 🇵🇭. I always see local books that are societal and political being recommended.
