Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. 3. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter to the bananas. Whisk until well combined. 4. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until the mixture is smooth. 5.
