@thismumcooks: Gammon can be such a great joint of meat for over the Christmas period as it can be left to cook slowly and is so hands off. It can be cooked in advance and the leftovers are perfect for the days after Christmas when you want a break from cooking. Simply place the joint in the slow cooker with a cup of water for 6-8 hours. Then remove any excess fat and cover with the honey sugar mixture (3 parts honey to 1 part brown sugar). Place into the airfryer on 180°c for 20-30 minutes. Soak over night in water to remove the salt... Boil in water for a couple of hours with root veg... Beautiful 🥰 can do a glaze also by popping it in the air fryer
