The BEST & easiest to make TOMATO SOUP you'll ever have🍅 Macros for the entire batch of soup: approx 3 servings 2 cups each - 510 calories | 20g Protein | 99g Carbs | 10g Fat (each grilled cheese sandwich is 175 cal using the products I used in the video) You will need: 2 Ibs of tomatoes on the vine 2 heads of Garlic 3 medium size yellow onions 5-7 leaves of fresh Basil 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp heavy cream For the Grilled Cheese Sandwich: 2 slices of @Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Italian Bread 1 slice of @Sargento Cheese thin slice cheddar cheese 1 tbsp light butter Notes: quarter the tomatoes & remove seeds. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 1 hour (or until the edges start to brown) remove from the oven and allow for it to cool down. Add all the veggies plus basil into a blender and blend up until it becomes smooth. Then place soup in a sauce pan on low heat. Add heavy cream and cover. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. For the grilled cheese, spread half of the full tbsp on the bread and other half to use on the skillet. Place a slice of cheese in between breads and let it melt on the skillet. That's it guys!
