I’ve been going through TMJ treatment for over a year now. I was given an orthotic for the bottom to help move the position of my jaw to where it needs to be to. Since my jaw moved ,my teeth no longer line up so I was given upper Invisalign to move the top to teeth to be able to sorta bite down but since my back teeth no longer rtouch I have to wear my orthotic 24/7 to eat and sleep with since I do clinch as well I didn’t want my teeth to break. After I move the upper I will be givin snow caps which replace the orthotic and I’ll have my bottom Invisalign over my snow caps so I’ll have the support to eat and sleep.
