What if you sell the hardware without the firmware on it and then give the firmware away online for free, I remember seeing a guy that sold deauth tools like that to get around the law.

We need massive copyright law reform, not only so you can fix your own stuff but also so you can sell and trade any digital good. The idea that people are "buying" non-transferrable licences is bs 🤷
