Buttermilk Sweet Potato Poundcake Sweet Potato Mixture 1 1/2 cup sweet potato -blended 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup white sugar 3 tbsp Melted butter 1/2 cup sweetened & condensed milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg @THE Bundt Buddy Buttermilk Poundcake Mixture 3 C Cake Flour (I used Swans Down) 1-3.4 oz. box Vanilla Jello Pudding (secret ingredient b) 5 L eggs 2.5 cups Sugar 1 cup butter 1/2 C butter flavor Crisco 1 cap Pure Vanilla extract 1 cup Buttermilk Whisk together cake flour and jello mix,set aside. Cream together butter and shortening, until fluffly. Next, add sugar, continue creaming until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Next; alternate adding yo flour/jello mixture and buttermilk. Finally add vanilla extract last. Batter should be thick and creamy. Use cake goop or Baking Spray w/ flour to grease your pan..
