I don't understand this they wash that fire truck all the time and not one of them could see a crack in the wheel, any person that drives a commercial vehicle has to do a pre-trip inspection

I’ve been in the auto/truck repair industry for 30 plus years.I have never seen a rim fail like that. But they’ll go through service records etc.But IMO that was a rim failure due to a stress crack
