Looking for how to make your chicken super juicy and tasty? I'm down to my last 2 pieces of chicken after brining 10 KG/25 LBS, and it still came out super juicy and tasty because of chicken brining. Try my brine recipe out with other proteins as well. Ingredients: • 10 Litre - Water • 500 G - Pickling Salt • 720 G - White Sugar • 10 G - Black Peppercorn • 20 G - Coriander Seeds • 650 G - Carrot • 650 G - Celery • 650 G - Yellow Onion • 10 G - Fresh Rosemary • 10 G - Fresh Thyme • 5 Whole - Dry Bay Leaf Directions: 1. Wash, peel, and cut Carrot, Celery, and Yellow Onion. Set aside mirepoix. 2. Set aside aromatics - Black Peppercorn, Coriander Seeds, Fresh Thyme, Fresh Rosemary, and Dry Bay Leaves. 3. In a large pot, add Pickling Salt, White Sugar, and Water. 4. Heat and bring to a boil. 5. Transfer liquid into a cambro and add mirepoix, aromatics, and whisk. 6. Steep until liquid is cool. Leave in fridge uncovered to speed process. 7. Strain brine through a chinois onto chicken in another cambro and brine for 6 to 8 hours refrigerated, depending on the size of the chicken. 8. When ready, remove chicken out of brining liquid, pat dry, and receive.
