I had my blood tested after birth and no pain and I had blood clotting markers so they gave me clexane injections that I had to start from day 1 of birth.

Please definitely get it checked out, when my mum had me she had a blood clot in the calf it nearly killed her cos the midwife said nowt to worry about cos their is no swelling etc, now she suffers

If it’s bruised it could be a busy bakers cyst I had one it killed couldn’t walk for a couple of weeks
