Process the fresh parsley and fresh mint in a food processor, until fully broken down into small minced pieces. 2. Process until a thick batter forms and add more chickpea flour if needs to make it thicker. 3. Using an ice cream, scoop, form equal sized balls, and roll them into your hand to create the falafel balls. 4. With hot oil, deep fry the falafel balls for 3-5 minutes, periodically flipping them so that all sides are golden brown. You can also bake or air fry them until crispy! 5. When the falafel is done frying, set it aside on a towel cover plate so that all of the excess oil goes into the towel. 6. Build your bowl with lettuce, Bird's Eye Oven Roasters Red Potato Wedges and Onions, fried falafel, and all of your favorite toppings. 7.
