I can handle a diet, but the moment refined food hits me it starts the cravings all over again. it could be rice or whatever, just messes me up. I can't always sustain this. my hormones are messed up

Best change I made was to switch to zero calorie/ zero sugar alternatives for sodas. Cuts out so many calories. Add in exercise, and I cut to the bone

FACTS!!!! the gym is good to sculpt a body that's already at goal weight-and good for mental health etc .. but not to burn fat! you can't out exercise a bad diet!
