@omayma.marwani: Tagine with merlan fish and tomato sauce⬇️ Ingredients : 5 grated tomatoes 3 garlic, Coriander and parsley Salt , black pepper , olive oil -Place the tagine over the gas for 15 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked -Merlan fish , salt , black pepper Cumin, red pepper, 2 garlic olive oil We add the marinated fish to the tagine and add pepper and preserved lemon And hot pepper -Let everything cook over low heat for 30 minutes and it will be ready
