@violet.cooks: Golf Sandwich Recipe (Makes four) Ingredients - One loaf of ciabatta - Garlic aioli - 1/4 of a red onion - 2 medium tomatoes - Sea salt - 8 slices Pepperjack cheese - 1 bunch of spinach - 1 tbs red wine vinegar - 6 pepperoncinis - 1 tsp pizza seasoning - 2 tbs chipotle aioli - 1 lb smoked turkey Instructions 1. Slice the ciabatta in half. Spread a generous layer of the garlic aioli over the bread and toast till lightly browned at the edges but not crispy. 2. Slice your tomatoes, place them on a paper towel and sprinkle with sea salt. Let the salt absorb for a few minutes. 3. Thinly slice your red onion and place them in a bowl of water to mellow the flavor. 4. Thinly slice your pepperoncinis 5. Once your bread is done toasting spread on the chipotle aoli. 6. Add a layer of cheese. 7. Add the spinach and sprinkle with the vinegar. 8. Add the turkey. 9. Squeeze the water out of the red onion and add a layer of red onion. 10. Add the pepperoncini. 11. Sprinkle on the pizza seasoning. 12. Pat the tomatoes dry and add a layer of tomato. 13. Add the top layer of bread. Wrap tightly in parchment paper to keep it from falling apart. 14.
