I know someone that came with a tourist visa twice to give birth with emergency Medicaid. When it was time to renew her visa they realized she had two American passports for her kids and they questioned everything. They asked for proof she paid for her hospital bills. They denied her visa and told her she’ll probably never be able to come back.

Yes!! A lot of people with visa just come to give birth over here. I know alot of ppl who do that.

What if someone over stayed their visa and had a baby by someone who is not an American citizen but have their papers and the baby have Medicaid but mom know papers ?

if you have medical emergency or go into labor most countries do not accept insurance from another country the United States is one of them and they will give you emergency Medicaid at the hospital!
