I had almost the same thing on my 2018 Ram. They replaced the camera first, wasn’t it. Then replaced radio after new software, wasn’t it. Ended up being the wiring harness at the tailgate to fix it

‘22 Ram owner. Had issues with backup camera first year. Dealership “flashed” (updated) and works perfect now. Good luck. Do you like the new Hurricane engine?

I work at a mopar dealer and the new rams seem to have a lot issues with the whole dash system. Either things are put together sloppy or electronics aren’t working correctly

Most likely a loose connection or bad harness in the tailgate. Ask me how I know lol. Anyway hopefully you can fix yourself and save money and just get it over with!

As someone who used to work for CDJR get out of it now if you can. The rams are great trucks as far as the drive but riddled with electrical issues all of the dodges are right now
