It’s important to know that Federal programs & funding that existed prior to 1979 will go back to their previous departments. So IEPs, etc are safe.

of note....Merit means "the quality of being particularly good." Just because someone has an advanced degree does not automatically make them better quality.

Merit pay does not = advanced degrees! Merit pay is based on how you class scores on standardized tests
