Went to Japan when I was 13 for my first taste of sushi. Nothing will live up to that. Our chef thought my enthusiasm was cute and he gave some extra on the house.

i miss living in japan and getting my $7 platter of 10 sushi at the grocery store twice a week and going to all u can eat sushi for $10 once a week.. and the revolving sushi is like 65¢ a plate

When we had sushi places in my town in Canada it $15-$20 CAD per roll on average, the spicy california roll was $30 per roll tho and that was the only good sushi they had there😅

I went out and had massive sushi dinners in Osaka, bought so much sushi, many drinks and I was like this is gonna be expensive. Credit Card was like nah fam it’s $30 total
