I eat fruits and veggies when I feel this way. My doctor told me to eat light meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. I don’t like the heavy feeling or feeling stuffed after eating. Feel sick

I feel the same. I’m making lifestyle changes-food and my spending.Eat mostly fruits and vegetables. Fish and little to no meat. Spend less on foods and save more in that area. I’m burned out on food.
