I just read that it’s not good from a dentist he said it has to many abrasives that can damage you enamel he also said it contains nothing to make your teeth whiter so now I’m conflicted

I love it been using it forever. Little rec that one doesn’t have fluoride I use the pink one pink cap one at night and use that one in the AM 😁
