Yeah that's what a lot of tourist think. Life there for more then 2 weeks and it's not so cheap anymore especially when you have to find work there. now you life with their wages. Not so funny anymore

Met a guy in Portugal who worked two full time jobs to save up for a live abroad..they earn little money this is why expenses are not cheap for them and living abroad is a hard step

that happened to me i am from Slovakia i work in tourism and many tourist tell me wooow slovakia is soooo cheap one tourist told me its the cheapest country and i was like: WHAT? as a student i cannot even afford rent in slovakia

What is cheap in Portugal?? Decent apartment 500k euro, food in Intermarche the same as in Costco or more expensive. it's cheap if you buy sardines on fishmarket and eat oranges from the street trees
