I had histoplasmosis when I was a kid and didn’t know it until 10 years later at an eye appointment! My eyes still change yearly by getting worse

So how do we test for this? My husband has a sudden onset of eye problems and this isn’t something that has been brought up, we live in the epicenter of OH valley in Louisville!

I have this. they said as long as it doesn’t get to my macula i’m ok. I lost a lot of vision in one eye and the only thing they found were these spots
