@mama_nous: I really wish I'd had this mantra song when I was deep in the throws of postpartum anxiety, but it still comes in handy all the time when intrusive thoughts come up or I fall into catastrophizing and doomerism (which is why he's been hearing it so much lately 🫠). this message may go over his head for now, but parenting is a long game so I'll continue planting seeds of resilience for when he's ready ✨
