@theresamayanja: Quick look at my off day from last week! Had such a great time at BOD getting my first dexa scan since retiring from NCAA athletics 🤭 My training has SIGNIFICANTLY changed since being a D1 heptathlete. I’ve gone from training for peak competition, to maintenance and having fun while I go through law school - so my expectations were low, but I was happy with my results! Looking at my fat mass & muscle mass gives me a great baseline to move forward with my new normal, and learning about visceral fats and bone density were so eye opening!
