that's really severe, definitely need a sleep study done to get a CPAP machine, you won't know yourself afterward

Ich habe Schlafapnoe! Ab zum Arzt und ins Schlaflabor. Ich habe jetzt eine Schlafmaske und mir geht es hervorragend damit.

5 Aussetzer in der Stunde haben keinen Handlungsbedarf. So die Ärzte im Schlaflabor. Längster 1:25 Minuten. Ich hab den Arzt aufgefordert, so lange die Luft anzuhalten. Fand er nicht witzig. 😏
