My man sadly didn’t really get paternity leave. They have him 2 days unpaid. It was rough to say the least but I understand he needed to work. Dads deserve better 🥺

I didn’t even get to use paternity leave. I went back to work 5 days after my daughter was born. Saw a lot of special moments through a phone screen.

Where are you from, how long is paternity leave there? Here in Croatia, mothers get 1 year paid and fathers get 2 months paid which he can use after mothers leave, all up to kids 8th birthday.

my husband job don't have Paternity, leave. so he Wrote a note asking to take off the day If I went into labor But it got denied cause I didn't have a pacific day, labor happens on its own for some.
