honestly once you pay its yours and you can leave, if they suspect theft they acuity have yo follow you outside to your car for it to be actual theft, you also do not have to show the receipt

Walmart is NOT like Sam’s club, you do not have to show your receipt. Honestly if I purchase something big like water or a grill then yea I’ll show a receipt but not for anything else.

One time I was walking out. They asked for my receipt, said sure, handed it to them while proceeding to walk out. 😂 they stood there with the receipt like 👀I said have a good day!

Every time I go to Walmart, the same lady always asks me if I scanned my dog food on the bottom of my cart when she just watched me scan it and I have my receipt in hand every time. Makes me feel like a criminal when I am not.
