I’m not sure which model this is, but I have the Nuna Pipa Aire RX and just checked my manual - it says just to remove the foam low birth pillow located in the padding at 11 lbs, not the actual pads

Hey mamma! If you have the nuna pipa there is a pillow you take out of that insert for when they reach 11lbs, you can still keep the insert in!

Mine says remove the foam inside after 11lbs but also says remove the whole piece after 11lbs so I just took out the whole piece

Hey mamá I have the same car seat and I believe the insert is inside of the piece you removed. It’s a hard piece of foam
