I had no idea harvesting outside would attract other insects/bees. Another thing Flow Hive probably doesn't mention to new bee keepers. All their vids they're harvesting outside.

I’m glad you were able to get some honey from the flow hive frames. it’s unfortunate that the flow team was giving unsafe advice and that you had to buy more equipment to harvest the honey safely

It seems like flow hives are quite the hassle and even though you don't have to spend money on extraction equipment, you don't safe a lot considering the higher cost for the hives.

do you think that it would have leaked less, if you had done it outside in the colder weather. I understand it would take longer probably but maybe the more viscous honey wouldn't leak as easily.
