Roll out the risen dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle. 7. Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the dough. 8. Roll up the dough from the long side. 9. Cut the roll into equal pieces and insert a stick through the middle of each piece to form layers. 10. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 11. Cover the bread again and let it rise for an additional 30-40 minutes. Brush with cream or milk before baking. 12. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. 13.
