@emthenutritionist: Happy World Tomatini Day @lpmrestaurants 🍅🍋🍸 as a nutritionist, Im always talking about getting more plants into our diets so today I made a tomatini. Created by one of my favourite restaurants in London, LPM they get the vibe, combining fresh tomatoes, a little vodka, white balsamic, sugar syrup, salt and pepper. Basically, a salad in martini form; once you try this cocktail, you understand. INGREDIENTS 50ml Ketel One Vodka 10ml White Balsamic Vinegar 100g Ripe Campari Tomato Pinch of Salt & Pepper Touch of Sugar 1. Muddle the tomato 2. Add all the ingredients in the shaker 3. Add ice 4. Shake & Double Strain in a Martini Glass 5. Sprinkle Pepper on top of the drink 6. Garnished with seasoned Cherry Tomato
